Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Please allow approximately:

  • 3–7 business days for apparel order processing

  • additional processing time during product launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods

  • variable turnaround times for glove services depending on the service selected

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 2–8 business days

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

BK Baseball is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions

  • customs processing

  • carrier delays or service disruptions

  • incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

If your package experiences significant delays, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and billing information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is submitted and the order has already been processed or shipped, BK Baseball is not responsible for lost packages, returned shipments, or additional shipping costs.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs duties

  • import taxes

  • brokerage fees

  • additional carrier charges

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, BK Baseball is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.

Glove Service Shipping

Customers sending gloves in for service are responsible for:

  • securely packaging their glove

  • covering shipping costs to BK Baseball unless otherwise stated

  • providing accurate return shipping information

We strongly recommend using tracked shipping when sending gloves for service.
