At BK Baseball, we take pride in delivering high-quality apparel and glove services built for athletes who love the game. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Apparel Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor variations in garment fit, color, or print placement
  • General wear and tear after use

Please carefully review sizing charts and product information before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  • ripped
  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrectly fulfilled

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the issue
  • a brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, BK Baseball may offer:

  • a replacement item
  • store credit
  • or a refund depending on the situation

Glove Services

Due to the custom and service-based nature of glove conditioning, relacing, repairs, and break-in work, all glove service sales are final.
